HOW DO I CONTACT THE REDZONE?
For information about our products, shipping policies, or if you have general questions, please contact us by e-mail at redzone@lincolnelectric.com. You can expect a reply within 24 business hours, with the exception of holidays. Responses during peak sales periods may take slightly longer.

For a faster response, we encourage you to click our Chat Icon at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. The RedZone chat is available 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO PROVIDE YOU?
Be sure to INCLUDE AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE (e.g., Your order number (#123456), email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.

WHY DOESN'T THE LINCOLN ELECTRIC REDZONE STORE HAVE A PHONE NUMBER?
The RedZone does not have a call center and can not process high volumes of phone calls. Automated response are established for quick responses. Lincoln Electric employees are monitoring communication channels and are eager to assist, quickly and efficiently.

 

SHIPPING SUPPORT

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders received by 3pm EST, Monday through Friday, will ship the next business day. We use UPS as our shipping agent, although we cannot control their ship times, most shipments arrive in 2-7 days from when the label is created. Most orders generally leave our warehouse facility the next business day from label creation (24hrs).

HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When you first place your order, you will get an order confirmation email. The second email, a shipping notification, will be sent once your order has shipped. That notification will include a tracking link.  You can click that link for updated ship times and expected delivery according to UPS.

DOES THE REDZONE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL USA?
At this time, we are only shipping within the United States of America (USA) excluding Puerto Rico. Stay tuned for future updates!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping cost is configured and listed during the checkout process. Shipping cost is calculated on the weight of items as well as your location.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT DELIVERY FOR MY REDZONE ORDERS?
We use UPS Standard Delivery. The estimated delivery for orders is within 4-7 business days once orders have left our warehouse facility.

PO BOXES, APO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES:
Due to military handling time, APO, FPO and DPO delivery destinations could take up to 60 business days or more. PO Box deliveries can take up to 7- 10 business days; however, due to COVID-19, PO Boxes deliveries are subject to an up to 60 day business delivery window.

Orders are accepted for shipment within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Puerto Rico is excluded.

P.O. Boxes are accepted as a ship-to address. A full street address is required to ensure proper delivery.

GOT A REDZONE ACCOUNT? 
Awesome! Log into your account through the online store and check out the fulfilment status of your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information & you can find your tracking information there. 

I DON'T HAVE A REDZONE ACCOUNT YET
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your Lincoln Electric RedZone order is on the way". You will be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.

If you have questions regarding your shipment, please email redzone@lincolnelectric.com. Our trained Customer Service staff is available 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE?
Yes! Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission. Your credit card details and other billing information are stored in compliance with the highest safety and security standards set by the credit card industry (PCI Compliant).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES THE REDZONE ACCEPT?
The Lincoln Electric RedZone store allows customers to pay with Visa, MasterCard, Venmo, PayPal, ApplePay, Google Pay, Meta Pay or Amazon Pay. Payment for products purchased through the online store must be fully paid for before The Lincoln Electric Company will accept any order. By paying for products through the online store, you are expressly agreeing to all terms and conditions in the Terms of Sale.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Sales tax is charged in accordance with the state and local laws for your shipping address. Tax will be added to your purchase using the applicable sales tax rate.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Should you need to request a return, products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order and must be unused, unworn and unwashed. All returns must have the original packaging included.

Exchanges must be requested WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER with the exchanged item returned within 30 days. Exchanges can only be made for A DIFFERENT SIZE OF THE SAME ITEM, not a completely different item.

* Please note that in order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned UNWORN/UNUSED/UNWASHED and in the same condition you received the item. All original packaging must accompany the product return. If an item is returned damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, a refund will not be granted. All items are inspected on return.

If you wish to return an item, please email customer service at redzone@lincolnelectric.com with your order # and reason for the return. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if we cannot meet those expectations, we will accept your return for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used to process the original order.

Refunds will be actioned within 7 business days from the date we receive your order back to our warehouse. Please note: it can take up to an additional 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account once processed.

I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND
You’re still waiting on your refund, right? We know this can be annoying!

Please note that once your items have been RECEIVED BY THE WAREHOUSE, it can take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and your refund to be actioned.

It can then take another 5 business days for your refund to appear in your account after the refund has been processed.

If your return is marked as delivered, sit tight, our returns team will be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.

But if you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please include in your message:

  • Proof of postage (like a receipt)
  • The tracking number
  • Your order number

We'll then get back to you as soon as we can!

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We're sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:

  • Your order number
  • Item name & number
  • Photos that show:
    • The fault as clearly as possible
    • Full-length photo(s) of the item

Don't worry about sending your faulty item back to us, just keep hold of it until you've been contacted.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please email redzone@lincolnelectric.com. Emails must be received within 7 business days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.

 

CHANGE/ UPDATE YOUR ORDER

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
There is a 30-minute window where you can make changes to your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the 'edit order' button.

Common reasons people need to change their orders include:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Updating the delivery/billing address
  • Adding items to your order

MISSING ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER 

I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER
In the unlikely event you are missing an item from your order, please contact redzone@lincolnelectric.com with the following information to ensure quick and efficient resolution.

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • Photo of packaging

Once the above information is received, our Customer Support team will resolve this asap!

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

YOU SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact redzone@lincolnelectric.com with the following information to ensure quick and efficient resolution.  

  • Your order number
  • The name of the item you did not receive
  • The name of the item you received in its place (if applicable)
  • A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo 

You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process.

Once the above information is received, our Customer Support team will resolve this asap!

PROMO CODE TERMS

What are the terms of use for promotion codes?

Promotion codes offered on the Lincoln Electric Red Zone Online Store may be used for orders placed online. The promotion code must be entered in the Shopping Cart before it can be applied to an order.

Your order must qualify for the terms of the promotion. If the items or total merchandise cost do not qualify for the promotion, the discount will not be applied to the order total.

Promotion codes cannot be used for previous orders or redeemed for cash.
Promotions are applied at Lincoln Electric’s discretion. Promotional offers may be withdrawn at any time.
